Justice Dept. Says Acorn Can Be Paid
They say they have to abide by contracts already in place.
Just about every contract I’ve seen has a clause about breaking existing laws, which voids the contract. Either they didn’t put that in the government contracts with Acorn(hmmm wonder why) or they don’t want to try and exercise those clauses in the contracts( hmmmm wonder why).
Either way, it’s just all a bunch of weasels.
