4th. Fourth. Not even in the top Three.

From http://www.businessweek.com/ap/financialnews/D8QUJI600.htm

So far this budget year, the biggest spending categories are programs from the Health and Human Services Department, including Medicare and Medicaid, $560.2 billion; Social Security, $516.1 billion; military, $437.7 billion, and interest on the public debt, $385.1 billion.

The last time I read the Constitution, the only one category in the above paragraph that is mentioned came in 4yh place in spending.

So what does that say about our “government”?

And why are all the libtards complaining about Bush? The “government” he is supposedly running is spending 3 times as much on feel good social programs THAT ARE NOT IN THE CONSTITUTION than he is on the “evil military machine” that is.

I don’t think we are a constitutional republic anymore. Welcome to the nanny state.
