OK, I’m reading a new book: “Defending your Faith” by R. C. Sproul.
I’m going to try and explain what I learn, when I read it.
The statements and “arguments” here are going to be based on 4 laws.
Sounds logical enough to me. Any disagreements? If so, you have more issues that I can deal with.
The second one is The law of “Causality”: Causality or causation is defined as the relationship between one event (called cause) and another event (called effect) which is the consequence (result) of the first.
Again, nothing that we cannot say is “unreasonable”. Now this doesn’t mean that I’m saying every thing had a cause, but that every effect had, by definition, a cause.
I’ll cover the next 2 laws that will be the foundation of our defense in the next day or so.
